Some boats slam into waves, some cut through them, some push waves out of the way, and some fly off of them. When you experience a Calcutta, you’ll see it does none of the above, remaining steady throughout the RPM range, levitating upwards with almost zero bow-rise as it packs air between the two hulls, then compresses air into a blow-absorbing cushion wave after wave. These boats maintain this while coasting over the waves even in heavy chop.
